Refund policy
At RennaBelleza, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you received is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Instagram: @rennabelleza] or [Email: rennabelleza@gmail.com] with details of the product and the defect, along with clear photos.
If your return request is approved, we will provide store credit or a refund for the purchase price. Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Guidelines:
- Items must be shipped back within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. RennaBelleza is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
- If you choose to return an item that is not defective, we will provide store credit instead of a refund.
Store Credit for Late Return Orders
If your order has not been shipped and falls outside the return window, we will provide store credit instead of a refund.
