Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing times may vary if there are any complications with the order.
If an item is sold out, we will contact you within 24 hours to provide an update on your order status.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM (local time) at an additional fee.
Lagos Orders: Standard delivery within 1-3 business days.
Orders Outside Lagos: Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days.
Custom Orders: Take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Once confirmed, refunds are not allowed.
International Shipping (Outside Africa and Canada): Estimated 4-14 business days via Fez/DHL/USPS/Canada Post , with rates calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on the destination.

Shipping times may vary due to high demand or carrier delays.
Duties & Taxes: Do not apply towards any free shipping promotions. Additional processing time of 5-11 business days may be required for international orders.
